With over 20 years of experience in international Talent Consulting and Executive Search he has executed numerous Board and C-level search assignments, as well as leading organizational transformation projects, in the United States and throughout Latin America.
Prior to Aktion Advisors Marco worked for leading international companies in the Executive Search and Talent advisory space; he served as Managing Partner-Latin America for DHR International, Senior Client Partner and Managing Partner at Korn Ferry International, and Managing Partner for Heidrick & Struggles in Miami, Mexico and Chile.
Prior to entering the executive search and talent advisory field, Marco was CEO of Telecom Celular, a wireless service operator that provided cellular and paging services in Chile. Earlier, he was with Xerox – Chile, where his last position was Marketing and Sales Director.
